Vegetable Relish Tray With Spanish Dip

1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 dash hot sauce
thick cucumber slices
Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, mustard, lemon juice, celery seed, cumin, and hot sauce; chill. Keep chilled over ice until ready to use for picnic meal.
Serve dip with a tray of the above raw vegetables.
