Taco Rollups Recipe

I mix everything (except tortillas) in the food processor until smooth. If you don't have one, a blender or mixer will work.

After it's mixed. Put a little bit on a tortilla and spread it. Then roll-up jelly roll fashion, and slice the roll. Insert a tooth pick in each piece and there you go.

Keep in airtight container. Stores in fridge. Can make a few days ahead too.
