Tasty and simple. Use flavored cream cheese for a little added oomph. To make this low carb, use lettuce leaves instead of tortillas!

My family and I make these almost everytime we get together. They are very simple to make. They don't take much time either. You can make them a day or so in advance. We have added other things to them as well such as chedder cheese or exchanged the ham for turkey. Either way be creative and experiment. They are awesom.
