Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons heavy cream, more as needed
1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
6 thick slices boiled ham

Directions:

Mix the cream cheese, working in the cream so that it becomes a nice spreading consistency. Add the freshly snipped chives.

On a piece of aluminum foil, place one slice of ham. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over the ham. Top with another slice. Repeat process until you have used all of the ham. Wrap the prepared ham and cheese in the foil and place in the freezer.

One-half hour before serving, remove the package from the freezer; While still somewhat frozen, slice the ham into 1-inch squares. Place toothpick through the middle of each square and arrange on a serving dish that has been lined with fresh greens.
