Candied Pumpkin Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12
Ingredients:
10 cups thinly cubed pumpkin
2 cups sugar
6 slices bacon
Directions:
Place pumpkin in a large casserole dish. Cover with sugar.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven until pumpkin starts to get soft. Stir pumpkin and place bacon on top.
Bake until liquid is syrupy.
