ingredients
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup green onions, sliced
2 cups apples, cored and chopped
3 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
directions
In large skillet, cook carrots in oil about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add onions and apples. Cook 3-5 minutes longer.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.

I left the raisins out because I knew my kids wouldn't like them. Without them they gobbled this up. Nice way to get a few more vitamins into their meals with the apples and carrots and the healthy brown rice. They didn't even mind the sesame seeds.
