ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef, extra lean
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup diced cheese, any type or combination
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup mushroom sliced
1 pie crust, unbaked
directions
Brown meat and drain. Set aside.
Combine mayo, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir in meat, cheese, pepper, onions, and mushrooms. Turn into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.

This is very hearty and rich but needed more flavor. Some spices or something. Salt for starters but more than that, maybe some fresh herbs or something spicy like chili powder or cumin or something. Otherwise, I liked it, just needed something more.
