ingredients
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine the parsley, garlic, dill, and mayonnaise in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Stir in the milk, salt, and pepper.
Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
