1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup oil
2 cloves garlic


In blender or food processor add all ingredients except oil. Keep running and drizzle in oil.

I tried this recipe and I really enjoyed making and eating this "caesar" dressing. It has the taste of classic caesar without the anchovy. The worchestershire gives the dressing the bite that the anchovy brings to the classic
