Yogurt Dill Cucumber Dressing

ingredients
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 teaspoons granulated sugar (or sugar substitute)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup cucumber, peeled and seeded
directions
Peel and seed cucumber and chop into tiny chunks. In a blender or food processor blend half of the cucumber with all other ingredients. Stir in remaining half cup of cucumber. Chill or serve over green salad

If you do not want the dressing chunky, blend all the cucumbers at one time.
