Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese, lowfat or non fat
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped chives
salt and pepper -- to taste
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until smooth.
