1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup half and half
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
5 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 lemon, juiced
directions
Combine all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid and shake well.
Refrigerate.
Shake again before using.
