Serves/Makes:   1 cup

  

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup peanut oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, nam pla, sugar and pepper, whisking well to mix. Gradually whisk in peanut oil, whisking until an emulsion forms.

Keep refrigerated.
