olive oil
1 pound ground turkey
2 teaspoons cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 small onion
12 tortillas
lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, chopped
cheddar cheese, shredded
salsa
directions
In olive oil, brown turkey. Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add onion, cook until turkey is cooked and onion is soft. Serve on tortillas with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese and salsa.
