ingredients
12 slices (thin) ham
1 package Monterey Jack cheese, cut into chunks
1 can whole green chilies
12 tortillas (corn or flour)
Cheese Sauce
1/4 pound margarine
1/2 cup flour
1 package cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 quart milk
directions
Roll each tortilla with a slice of ham, chunk of cheese, and a piece of green chili.
Place side by side, flap side of tortilla down in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Cover with cheese sauce and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
For Cheese Sauce: Melt margarine, add flour and blend. Add remaining ingredients, then stir until smooth and thickened.
