1 pound fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced (or can use dried peaches) 3 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor for 3 minutes to make a smooth puree. Pour into a squeeze bottle.
Peach Honey can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
If using dried peaches, soak them in water to cover for 1 1/2 hours, until soft and pliable. Remove the skins with your fingers, then proceed with the recipe, adding an extra tablespoon of honey, if necessary, to compensate for the tartness of the dried fruit.
