Green Pepper Jelly Recipe

Wash and seed the peppers. Run them through a grinder or blender; drain well. Combine with the vinegar and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally, over medium heat. Remove from heat at once. Add the Certo. Bring to a rolling boil again. Remove from heat immediately. Add the green food coloring and stir well. Pour into sterilized glass jars and seal with paraffin. Serve over a block of cream cheese and spread on your favorite snack cracker.
