This is some of the best grape jelly I've ever made. So simple. Mine jelled up fine but I got distracted so it probably boiled longer than a minute (2-3? I honestly am not sure - the phone and doorbell both rang at the same time while I was cooking).

This recipe did not jell. I put it into a water bath for 15 minutes and then it jelled. I recommend that you cook it longer that the 1 minute as the recipe stated or process it for 15 minutes.
