Easy Rhubarb-Strawberry Jam Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 quarts
Ingredients:
5 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
4 cups sugar
3 ounces Strawberry Gelatin
Directions:
Mix sugar and rhubarb. Stir and let stand about an hour. Place over low heat and bring to a hard boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add gelatin, stir until gelatin is dissolved and color is well-blended. Pour into jars. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
