ingredients

1 can (16 ounce size) beets, drained and diced
1 tablespoon cider or balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar

directions

Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart glass casserole. Stir gently to mix.

Microwave covered for 3-5 minutes on High or until heated through. Stir every 2 minutes.

Let stand covered for 2-3 minutes before serving.
