4 heads lettuce, cleaned & broken up bit sized pieces
1 bunch celery, diced
6 carrots, shredded
1 large bag frozen peas, thawed
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 quarts mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 pound bacon, fried crisp


Layer veggies evenly between 2 20x10-inch pans, in order given. Spread evenly with mayo and sugar combination. Top with 2 cups shredded cheese on each pan and 8 slices bacon (fried crisp) on each pan.
