ingredients
40 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
4 green onions, chopped
4 ounces sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup butter
6 tablespoons flour
12 ounces evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup grated cheese
dry bread crumbs, to cover
paprika
directions
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and paprika. Grease a 9x13 baking dish; add vegetable mixture. Evenly top with bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until bubbly in the center.
