INGREDIENTS:
1 box frozen lima beans, cooked
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1/4 cup consomme or bean liquid
2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons melted butter
1/8 teaspoon paprika
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all together, reserving bread crumbs for topping. Bake in moderate oven until bubbly (350F for 20-30 minutes).
