Ingredients:
1/8 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup cream cheese
1/8 cup shredded mild cheddar
1/4 cup soft cooked peas
1/8 cup diced cooked carrots
Directions:
Blend first four ingredients until smooth, then stir in the rest. Top with: parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella.
