Veggie-Loaded Tangy Tuna Salad - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 can (6 ounce size) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet bell peppers (red, orange, yellow, or any combination)
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 teaspoons honey mustard
1 teaspoon sweet relish
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
additional salt and pepper as needed

directions

Combine mayo, honey mustard, relish, salt and pepper, and mix well. Then stir the tuna into this mixture. Finally, fold in all the veggies.

If you like, season to taste with some more salt and pepper.
