Ingredients:
1 can (14-ounce size) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (11-ounce size) white shoepeg corn, drained and rinsed
1 tomato, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped finely
1 Vidalia onion, chopped finely
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 limes, juiced
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt, optional
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips of your choice.
