1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup diced celery
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
8 cups dry seasoned bread cubes
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 pound Italian sausage, cooked and finely diced
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


In large skillet, melt butter and cook celery until tender. In large bowl, blend onion soup mix, hot water and dressing; add bread cubes, parsley, sausage, eggs, and cheese and toss until well blended. Add bread mixture to skillet and cook about 5 minutes, tossing gently.
