Creamy Stuffing Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1/3 cup Butter
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sage
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
8 ounces Canned mushrooms
6 1/2 cups Bread cubes, dry
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
1 Egg, well beaten
Directions:
Saute the onions, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender, about 6-7 minutes. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased crockpot. Cover, cook on high for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 to 8 hours.
