Crab And Tofu Dumplings Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1/2 pound White crab meat; drained
1/2 pound Firm tofu; drained
1 Egg yolk
2 tablespoons White flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Finely chopped green spring onion
1 piece (1 inch size) Fresh ginger; grated
Oil for frying
Directions:
Sieve the tofu into a bowl then mix in the remaining ingredients.
Deep fry small portions and drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with fresh lime and a little soy sauce.
