ingredients

1 cup crab meat, cooked
2 Avocados, Peeled & Chopped
2 Jalapeno Chiles, Seeded and Finely Chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Cilantro, Fresh, Snipped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1 1/2 cup Lettuce, Finely Chopped
lemon or lime wedges

directions

Mix all ingredients except lettuce and lime wedges.

Place 1/4 cup of lettuce on one side of individual serving dishes. Divide the crabmeat mixture evenly among the dishes, placing on opposite side. Garnish with lime wedges.
