Ingredients:
2 green onions, sliced
1 carrot, pared and sliced
1 tablespoon chicken-flavor bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bag (3.5 oz. size) white or brown rice
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a large skillet, cook onions, carrots, bouillon and basil in oil until tender. Add cooked rice; heat through.
