Absolutely fantastic. I used 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper to add color. Also, I used a red onion (more flavorful). Before sauteing these ingredients, I slightly processed them. I will never have rice any other way again.
Guest Foodie November 13, 2008 COMMENT: I tried it, but I think that I messed it up. What should I do differently if I end up with a bunch of spices mixed in with crude scrambled eggs?
CDKitchen Staff Reply: Stir the spices until blended, then stir in the egg and scramble, then continue with the recipe. That method will distribute the spices better.

Tried this recipe and it was not only easy but absolutely delicious! You can add meat such as diced chicken or shrimp to it and make it a main dish.
