Esquire REVIEW: Absolutely fantastic. I used 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper to add color. Also, I used a red onion (more flavorful). Before sauteing these ingredients, I slightly processed them. I will never have rice any other way again.

Guest Foodie COMMENT: I tried it, but I think that I messed it up. What should I do differently if I end up with a bunch of spices mixed in with crude scrambled eggs?
CDKitchen Note: Stir the spices until blended, then stir in the egg and scramble, then continue with the recipe. That method will distribute the spices better.

Guest Foodie REVIEW: Tried this recipe and it was not only easy but absolutely delicious! You can add meat such as diced chicken or shrimp to it and make it a main dish.
