ingredients
2 cups cooked ham, cut into strips
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup instant rice, uncooked
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut up
directions
Bring ham, broccoli and water to boil in large skillet. Cover. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Stir in rice and Velveeta, then cover. Remove from heat. Let stand for 7 minutes. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
