Lobster Rolls Recipe

There is nothing quite like the Lobster Rolls from the East Coast.

Chill fresh steamed lobster meat and shred it or cut it in chunks. Mix with mayonnaise or salad dressing, chopped celery, onions if you wish, salt and pepper to taste. Place into grilled or toasted hot dog rolls. The rolls that they use in the Boston area are cut on the top and have both sides available for toasting or grilling.
