Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup white wine or dry vermouth
1/4 cup milk
1 package (8-ounce size) imitation lobster or crab
1 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
1 can (5-ounce size) sliced water chestnuts -- drained
1/4 cup green onions -- chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- grated

Directions:

Mix soup, mayonnaise and wine. Stir in milk. Combine with remaining ingredients, except cheese.

Turn into 1 1/2 quart baking dish; top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350.
