Cape Cod Platter Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons pickling spice (cloves removed)
3 quarts boiling water
6 lobster tails
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup butter
12 cooked new potatoes
1/4 cup shortening
2 cans peas
Directions:
Add spice to boiling water. Add lobster tails. Boil 20 minutes; drain. Cool; remove meat from shells.
Mash garlic, saute in half the butter. Remove garlic, add lobster.
Heat and brown potatoes in shortening. Heat drained peas in remaining butter. Arrange potatoes on plate; surround with peas, add lobster.
