Barbecued Lobster Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Baby lobster
Olive oil
Fresh green pepper
Directions:
Mash the pepper with the olive oil, add some salt
Cut (one straight belly cut from rostrum to tail) the baby lobster in half.
In the meantime prepare your barbecue or your frying pan.
Put the lobster in the pan or barbecue (now flat) and gently cook until all the flesh is bright white.
