Crawfish Lynette Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1 pound crawfish tails
1 stick butter
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon flour
1 medium onion
2 cups cooked rice
Salt, pepper & cayenne pepper to taste
OR
Cajun Seasoning to taste
Green onions & parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add bell pepper, onion and garlic. Next, stir in crawfish tails. Add water, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Add flour to thicken sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and green onions and let sit for one minute. Then serve over rice.
