ingredients
1 pound small red potatoes
1 can (15 ounce size) chicken broth
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 sprig fresh rosemary
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh parsley, chopped
directions
Clean potatoes and cut into halves or quarters. Put into a 2 quart covered saucepan with chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Simmer covered for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
