2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 large new potatoes, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup chopped onion
chopped fresh parsley, as desired
1 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and onion. Sprinkle with the parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are browned and cooked.
