Rangoon Racquet Club Punch Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 ounce dark rum
1 1/2 ounce curacao
1 1/2 cup dry red wine
1 bottle (375 ml size) brut champagne, well chilled
1 cup club soda, well chilled
Crushed ice
Directions:
Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in rum, curacao and red wine. Chill thoroughly.
Just before serving, pour over ice in pitcher. Add champagne and soda and stir gently to blend.
Pour into tall glasses partially filled with crushed ice.
