1 bottle (750 milliliter size) sauternes, chilled
1/4 cup brandy
1 ounce orange liqueur, such as Curacao or Triple Sec
1 bottle champagne (750 milliliter size) chilled
Chunk ice

Directions:

Mix the sauternes, brandy, and orange liqueur in a punch bowl. Just before serving, add the champagne and the ice mold or chunk.
