2 cups canned pinto beans -- rinsed & drained
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a heavy skillet, fry the beans in the oil over moderately high heat. Stir with the back of a wooden spoon, pressing the beans together to form a cake. When a crust forms on the bottom, turn and fry the other side. Serve.
