Christmas-Cheer Fruit Salad Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
***SAUCE***
2 eggs
4 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons sugar
1 dash salt
***FRUIT***
4 cups grapes
4 cups bananas
2 cans (20 oz. size) pineapple rings
3/4 bag miniature marshmallows
1 can mandarin oranges
lemon juice to coat fruit
Directions:
For Sauce: Beat and cook on low heat.
For Salad: Beat large container of whipping cream. Fold in sauce mixture. Mix into fruit.
