Almond Cheese Spread Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1.5 cups
Ingredients:
4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Crackers
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients except crackers in medium bowl. Serve spread at room temperature with crackers.
TIP: Spread can be made 2 to 3 days in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature for serving.
