ingredients
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 1/2 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 dash Tabasco sauce
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish. Blend well and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve hot with chips.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

I doubled the recipe and it was devoured in seconds. Next time, I'm quadrupling it! VERY good!

It was so good. to try it I only made .5 of a cup and my and two other people ate it very quickly! very very good
