Ingredients:
2 cups boiling water
5 cinnamon-flavored tea bags
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Sweetened whipped cream
Sweet baking chocolate, grated

Directions:

In a teapot or small heatproof bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. In a medium saucepan over low heat, bring milk and brown sugar to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in tea; heat through. Serve hot in teacups with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and a sprinkling of grated chocolate.
