REVIEW: recipe rating
So, I'm going to give this 5 stars because it worked and the kids and I had fun making it but honestly it's too much work to do if you actually need wet wipes for a baby! You would spend all your time making wet wipes! If you're not using it for a baby then a once in a while thing it's not that much work.
