9 drops essential oil
1 quart distilled water
1 bar (4 oz size) castille soap
4 ounces liquid glycerin

Mix the water, soap and glycerin together and stir.

Add essential oils to the mixture until desired scent is achieved.

Store in decorative plastic containers.
