Make sure to knead it as long as it mentions. I thought it was too dry at first so I added more water after only kneading it a minute but then it was too wet so I had to add more flour... made a mess of it! I finally got it right and it is pliable and works well for the craft project I needed it for. The actual baking time really depended on how thick the forms were. I removed some after 40 minutes and others I had to reduce the temp to 275 and bake for another 30 minutes.
